Upon your initial contact with us we establish what your needs are in planning your special day.

We have a short questionnaire for you to complete to assist us with evaluating what services

you require from us.

We are happy to meet with you on a personal one-on-one meeting, or communicate via phone and/or email for this initial consultation.

We provide you with our background experience and qualifications, and explain our services we offer

and prices and how payment can be made.

Serviced Consulation

If you require only one off or casual consultation services we can be flexible to meet your planning requirements.
For example, if you have most of your planning done and only need assistance with choosing vendors for particular aspects of your wedding,
we can do that for you.
We contact vendors on your behalf, collect relevant information on their services (checking their prices and availability), contact you to advise you of their details. Once you have decided on a specific vendor, we book the vendor, provide you with a booking confirmation in writing, contact vendors for follow up (up to 2 weeks prior to wedding) to reconfirm details, and also contact vendors on the actual day to reconfirm again.
We can also issue an invoice with all vendors combined in a single invoice for convenience of payment.

Serviced Consultation $90.00 per hour

Book Vendors only per hour rate for each vendor

Note: For consultation and advice required at onsite meetings with vendors, the hourly rate applies.

Preparation Package

Includes:
3 personal one-on-one meetings
Unlimited correspondence via email and phone
Unlimited correspondence and meetings with vendors

Wedding Day Coordination

Wedding Day Coordinator $800.00

A Wedding Coordinator can be hired separately for the wedding day alone. They will direct the smooth running of each mini event of the day (ie. set up of venues for the ceremony and reception, including insuring flowers and decorations are done to your requests) and make sure everyone around you is doing their delegated jobs. Should any last minute issues occur the Wedding Coordinator will take care of them. Although a coordinator is hired for one days work, in actual fact they have been working on your wedding anywhere from 20-30 hours before the day getting prepared.

Price does not include attendance at rehearsal or any one-on-one personal consultation meetings.

Absolute Diamond Package

This package will assist those brides-to-be from the time you were engaged until the end of your

special day. We will create a sense of serenity allowing you to enjoy

every moment as it should be....

Notes:
Bridal Party Hampers can accommodate up to

5 people. Additional costs apply for extra persons.
Wedding Day Coordinator will stipulate what times they will be onsite at specific locations closer to the day and confirm with the bride their schedule and actions to reassure the smooth running of the day.
