This package is ideal for a simple yet elegant wedding.
It includes a wedding coordinator onsite and all your main catering aspects for the reception but you can add optional extras ​
to ensure your special day is taken care of and stress free.
$48.00 per person
PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:
* Personal Wedding Coordinator onsite at the ceremony and reception
* Catering for reception (includes buffet mains, all catering equipment, ceramic plates, steel cutlery, linen napkins, serving utensils, condiments, complimentary buffet decorations)
* Uniformed professional staff to set up grand buffet feast with complimentary decorations on buffet to match colours and theme, service buffet, clear plates.
* Extended menu options available (we have additional dishes ranging from authentic curries and Chinese dishes, Mediterranean meals, Territory themed menu’s with crocodile, buffalo, emu etc.)
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
> Wedding Cake Service $3.50 per person
includes hire of ceramic plates, stainless steel spoons, setting up wedding cake, cutting cake, and serving cake to guest, and clearing of plates at conclusion.
> Pre-Dinner Nibblies $15.00 per person
Selection of hot and cold canapés and hores derves served standing cocktail style by uniformed professional staff for 1 hour.
> Beverage Options starting from $11.00 per person per hour
We offer a variety of beverage service options from the provision of professional bar staff only to setting up a portable bar facility with eskies & ice where you provide all your drinks, or beverage packages from 2-4 hours duration.
​> Formal table setting $3.50 per person
Guest tables pre-set with main knife, main fork, linen napkin, water glass, wine glass, and champagne glass.
> Venue Set up Package $25.00 per person
Tables (round/square/long rectangle trestles) with cloths, chairs with cover and sash or white wooden padded folding chairs, and table centre pieces (includes Hire/Set up/Pack Down/Return)
