~ Initial Consultation ~

Upon your initial contact with us we establish what your needs are in planning your special day. 

We have a short questionnaire for you to complete to assist us with evaluating what services you require from us.
We are happy to meet with you on a personal one-on-one meeting, or communicate via phone and/or email for this initial consultation.
We provide you with our background experience and qualifications, and explain our packages and pricing.

~ Serviced Consultation ~

If you require only one off or casual consultation services we can be flexible to meet your planning requirements. 
For example, if you have most of your planning done and only need assistance

with choosing vendors for particular aspects of your wedding, we can do that for you. 
We contact vendors on your behalf, collect relevant information on their services (checking their prices and availability), contact you to advise you of their details.  Once you have decided on a specific vendor, we book the vendor, provide you with a booking confirmation in writing, contact vendors for follow up

(up to 2 weeks prior to wedding) to reconfirm details, and also contact vendors on the actual day

to reconfirm again.
We can also issue an invoice with all vendors combined in a single invoice for convenience of payment.

 

~ Planning & Preparation for your Wedding Day ~

If you don’t have a lot of spare time due to work or family commitments to plan your big day,

but you have a vague idea on what you’d like as the final scenario,

we can assist you with all the pre-planning and preparation a wedding needs. 
 

A personal one-on-one meeting is scheduled.  This is a 1-2 hour session which includes:
An explanation of the planning & coordination process
Advice on how to personalise your wedding and recommendations on
how you can stay within your budget
Design a planning schedule
Draft a list of vendors you require as well as your own preferred vendors and vendors we can recommend
Complimentary Wedding Folder

During this first meeting, up to 2 more meetings can be scheduled to ensure planning is kept on track

and the bride and groom feel confident in the wedding planning progress.

We contact vendors on your behalf, collect relevant information their services (checking their prices and availability), contact you to advise you of their details.  Once you have decided on a particular venue,

we book the venue, provide you with a booking confirmation in writing, contact vendors following up to the day

(up to 2 weeks prior to wedding) to reconfirm and also contact vendors on the actual day to reconfirm.
We can also issue an invoice with all vendors combined in a single invoice for convenience of payment.

Unlimited phone & email communication from the date of contract.

Up to 3 one on one personal meetings to discuss any issues of concerns

~ Wedding Day ~

Allow Darwin Dream Weddings to ensure your big day runs smoothly,
and the ultimate wedding of your dreams is stress free,
so you, your bridal party, your husband, and your guests, can enjoy and remember the day

as one that was special….

Darwin Dream Weddings will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day

to assist vendors with any problems or questions.
 

We include all our services as outlined in the ‘Planning and Preparation for your Wedding Day’ section above,

as well as:
Manage all vendors involved in all aspects of the wedding,
Liaise with vendors to ensure decorating and setup at ceremony & reception sites are

according to your requirements,
Assist with the developing a Wedding Day Itinerary,
Design list of duties for the wedding day and delegate appropriate persons,
Facilitate the wedding ceremony and coordinate the wedding procession,
Make sure all members of the wedding party are looking perfect,
Place items at reception venue per instructions
ie. bon boniers, name cards, chocolates etc.,
Assist bridal party with refreshments and requests during photos,
Arrange for the wedding cake to be delivered, set up and presented,
Coordinate timings during the reception,
Arrange for wedding gifts and any other items of importance to be taken to preferred location

at the conclusion of the reception.
Darwin Dream Weddings will be prepared to meet any emergency situation
that may arise to ensure you can focus on enjoying the special occasion.
We also arrange to deliver special hamper packs, one for the brides and bridesmaids

during the time they are getting ready (this is delivered to your venue choice, like the hotel or someone’s home),

and another pack for the Bride and Groom which is ready in their hotel room upon their arrival after the reception.

 

~ Wedding Day Coordinator ~

A Wedding Coordinator can be hired separately for the wedding day alone.

They will direct the smooth running of each mini event of the day

(ie. set up of venues for the ceremony and reception, including insuring flowers and decorations

are done to your requests) and make sure everyone around you is doing their delegated jobs. 

Should any last minute issues occur the Wedding Coordinator will take care of them. 

Although a coordinator is hired for one days work, in actual fact they have been working on your wedding

anywhere from 20-30 hours before the day getting prepared.

Additional charges are applicable if coordinator is required to attend rehearsal or any additional

one-on-one personal consultation meetings.
